Job rates include a high resolution CD Rom with unlimited copy right use, and preview of your photos on our web site as e-Contact Sheets. Many other professional photographers do not include these in your quote and charge extra after the job is completed. We do not charge expenses. We do not charge for air, hotel, food. We are lower than our local competitors.
Next, upload to our web site -- in some cases just moments after the shoot -- is included in our price. This will permit your press, people who attend your event, or your marketing team near instant access to your images. We can also provide a full resolution CD Rom, in many cases, after the shoot ends, and before we leave for the day.
Last, you have unlimited use of the photos we capture for you -- we retain a joint copy right. This permits you to use images many different times for cross promotional reasons. It's just a great bang for the buck. Many other photographers charge extra each time you want to utilize an image.
TRADITIONAL PRINTS: Or, in other cases, you might prefer traditional prints. A full range of sizes and papers are available. Worried about digital quality? Don't be. You'll never see a difference between our digital prints and traditional photographs. On site printing of custom photographs is also available, and other delivery methods.

With our national rate plan, we've researched what competing photographers charge nationwide, and realized we could charge less than they charge, cover the event, and absorb other costs typically passed to the client. Our new rate structure, competitive on a national level, includes air and expenses! That means we can become your nationwide regular photographer! Our billing is simple, and sticks to the original quote. Just ask our clients: not having to shop for a new photographer in a remote city is, well, great! The only catch? There is a minimum time commitment. But, most conventions easily fall within the minimum.
When we researched photography rates, we were surprised at how other photographers build in overages. With us, you'll pay what we quote unless you increase coverage time or ask for an additional service not included in the original agreement.
